Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every OEM part we sell. If something isn't right, we make it right — quickly and without hassle.

7-Day Return Window

Parts may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Defective Products — Exchange at No Charge

If a part is defective or does not match the listed specification, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a defective product exchange.

Buyer Pays Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong part shipped) or a confirmed defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

In-Store Returns (Preferred)

Bring the item to our Lincoln shop at 1107 North Cotner Blvd, Lincoln, NE 68505 during business hours (Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM). In-store returns are processed immediately.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Electrical parts that have been installed and tested, items with physical damage caused by the buyer, and parts returned beyond the 7-day window are not eligible for return or refund.
