Yes. We are a Samsung Established Authorized Service Center (ASC). We service all Samsung appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, microwaves) and Samsung TVs. Yes. We provide factory-authorized audio repair for Sony, Yamaha, Denon, Marantz, Onkyo, Pioneer, Bose, JBL, and McIntosh. Warranty Coverage & Extended Warranties
Yes. We are factory-authorized for all major manufacturers, which means we handle manufacturer warranty claims directly. If your appliance or TV is under the manufacturer's warranty, you pay nothing (unless your warranty requires a deductible) — the manufacturer covers parts and labor. Yes. We are authorized for Assurant, Centricity, SquareTrade, Armis, National Service Alliance, New Leaf, Asurion, and Guardsman. We also service warranties purchased through Lowe's, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and Home Depot. We do NOT work with Rely or Choice Home Warranty. See our complete warranty partner list.
SquareTrade uses a different process: they perform their own triage and ship parts directly to your home. When the parts arrive, call us at (402) 466-9090 and we'll get your repair booked. SquareTrade is one of the fastest extended warranty processes. Learn about SquareTrade service.
We can help you check. Provide us with the model and serial number, and we'll verify warranty status with the manufacturer. Many customers don't realize they have coverage — you may have purchased an extended warranty when you bought the appliance, or your credit card may provide extended warranty coverage. Pricing & Costs
If your appliance is under warranty (manufacturer or extended warranty), you pay nothing (unless your warranty requires a deductible). If it's out of warranty, our diagnostic deductible is $42.90, which is subtracted from the repair cost if you proceed. Total repair cost depends on the specific failure and parts required. Typical appliance parts range from $50 (simple control switches) to $600-900 (compressors, control boards). See detailed pricing information.
Our diagnostic deductible is $42.90 for out-of-warranty repairs. This is not a separate trip charge — if you proceed with the repair, the $42.90 is subtracted from the total cost. For warranty repairs, there is no diagnostic fee — the warranty provider covers everything (unless your warranty requires a deductible).
Warranty repairs protect you from financial risk. If the same issue recurs, the warranty provider is responsible for covering the follow-up repair — not you. When you pay out of pocket, you bear 100% of the risk. If a $700 compressor fails again in 6 months, you pay $700 again. We use only genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. We never use aftermarket parts. Aftermarket parts void your warranty, have higher failure rates, and are not engineered to manufacturer specifications. OEM parts are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Learn why OEM parts matter.
Repair Process & Timeline
If we can remotely diagnose the issue and pre-order the part, most repairs are completed on the first visit. If we need a part we don't have in stock, we order it (typically 2-5 business days) and arrange a follow-up visit. Our triage system minimizes the number of visits required. Triage is remote diagnosis using the manufacturer's own engineering database. You provide us with photos of the model/serial plate, error codes, and a description of the issue. We enter this into the manufacturer's diagnostic system, which identifies the likely failed component. We order the part before the first visit, so our technician arrives with parts in hand. This reduces the number of trips and gets your appliance back in service faster. Learn how triage works.
We confirm appointments rather than offering same-day service. This allows us to remotely diagnose your issue, order parts in advance when possible, and arrive prepared. Quality diagnosis takes time, and we prioritize getting it right over getting it fast. Read our quality-over-speed philosophy.
You can drop off your TV or audio equipment during business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM). No appointment needed for drop-off. We'll assess it, provide a repair estimate, and call you when it's ready for pickup. Most TV and audio repairs take 5-7 business days depending on parts availability. Learn about TV repair.
If an appliance cannot be repaired — due to parts unavailability, catastrophic failure, or if the repair cost exceeds replacement cost — we'll notify you immediately. For warranty repairs, the warranty provider determines whether to authorize repair or replacement. For out-of-warranty repairs, we provide a detailed assessment and recommendation.

We are an independent, family-owned business. We are not owned by any manufacturer or retail chain. However, we are factory-authorized by all major manufacturers, which means they have certified us to perform warranty repairs and provided us with access to technical resources.
