Schedule Your Appointment

Call us at (402) 466-9090 or use our online form. For appliance repair, we'll find a time that works for your schedule. For TV, audio, and commercial microwave, you'll drop off your unit at our Lincoln shop — no appointment needed for drop-off.

Technician Arrival & Introduction

Our technician arrives in uniform and will introduce themselves before entering your home. Shoe covers are standard on every visit. Masks and additional PPE are available upon request.

Diagnosis — Root Cause, Not Guesswork

We don't swap parts until we know exactly what failed and why. The technician reads fault codes, checks ECM outputs, measures voltage at motor terminals, and verifies resistance values — the same diagnostic process authorized by the manufacturer. The diagnostic deductible is $42.90.

The $42.90 diagnostic fee is credited toward your repair if you proceed.

We use original equipment manufacturer parts, not generic aftermarket substitutes. OEM parts are designed to spec, carry the manufacturer's own warranty, and won't void your appliance warranty the way third-party parts can.

Before we leave, we run the unit through a full function test to confirm the repair is solid. Your space is left clean — we bring our own cleanup materials and don't leave parts, packaging, or debris behind.
